- This show would not be possible without the countless overall hours contributed by our volunteers. For those contributing 3 or more video and/or pinball games to the show receive a special wristband for recognition and good for a weekend pass.
No games to contribute?
You can still help out tremendously by browsing over the Vounteer Opportunities. Anyone pledging 8 hours or more of time also receives the wristband.

To volunteer for any of the openings below, in any section of the show, please register on our Project Website and/or send a message to the Committee Contact to let them know!
Even if a timeframe seems full, let us know if you are available so that we can float volunteers if necessary.

| Keith Nelson - I will only be able to show up sometime in the afternoon after work, but I will be there, and happy to do heavy lifting, put machines together, etc. I'll bring my pinball skates. | |
| Lou Perazzoli - I'll be there around 9am with my game and help unload, organize and setup games. | |

| Aaron - available all day Thursday as well as Sunday evening. | |
| Chris Mansfield - Once my games are picked up at my house I'll be available to come help. I will be out for 2-3 hours in the early evening due to a prior commitment, but will return. | |
| Barry Flagg. - I'll be down as soon as my games are picked up and I'm available all day Thursday. | |
| michaelrobrien - For Thursday evening, I will arrive around 5pm and stay that evening to help setup pins, etc. | |
| Tom Lamb - 7am until done. | |
| Chris Johnson- thursday helping Brian Headly load his games into the show, will help all thursday loading and setting up games as needed. Sunday helping with load out of games. | |
| Dave Olsen-Thursday will be helping Scott & Matt unload truck then will be available for helping others. | |
| Carey Binford - Can help set up on Thursday afternoon, after 4PM. | |
| Matt Griffin - I'm available 7am until its done but I do have games to get picked up and hopefully I can just include myself on that run. | |
| Lee Paradis - I will be there with game around 4 for setup until around 8 or so... | |
| Richard Godwin - I will be there by 9am and stay for the rest of the day. | |
| Michael Chaille - set up 7am until until done | |

| Bobby Conover - I'll be there from pickup of my games (around noon) until done. |
